Dr. Jean Bonhomme, MD, MPH

Dr. Bonhomme is Founder of the National Black Men’s Health Network and an expert on men’s health, minority health, the impact of poor men’s health on families. From 2003 to the present, he has served as corporate president and Chairman of the Steering Committee for CHAMPS (Community Health and Men’s Promotion Summit), providing free health screenings to economically disadvantaged minority males. Also from 2003 to the present, he has served as staff physician for Toxicology Associates of North Georgia (TANG), a drug treatment facility based in Marietta, Georgia. From 2004 to the present:, he has served on the editorial board of the Journal of Men’s Health, and from 2006 to the present on the editorial board of the American Journal of Men’s Health.

She comes to PCORI with more than 10 years of experience in public health and project management. Dr. Charles Clayton Daniels, Jr., Ph.D., M.Div., M.S.W., L.I.C.S.W.

Dr. Charles C. Daniels, Jr., co-founder/Chief Executive Officer of Fathers’ Uplift, Inc., grew up without a father in his life. Despite his mother’s love, he felt the impact of abandonment– guilt, shame and embarrassment. He felt different than other kids. He had problems in school, turned to alcohol and drugs to hide those feelings, and came close to actualizing thoughts of suicide.

Maureen Elias is an Army veteran, Army military spouse, mother of three, veteran advocate, and serves as the Assistant Director of the Veterans Health Council of Vietnam Veterans of America. Maureen served as a Counterintelligence Agent in the United States Army from 2001-2006. She received an honorable discharge after injuries sustained in training degraded to the point where she needed to separate from the service.

He has extensive experience in all aspects of the practice of pharmacy and has had held faculty appointments at Columbia and Belmont Universities. He has completed a clinical practice residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. Dr. Giorgianni is a licensed pharmacist in his home state of New York and in Florida he holds both a general and consultant pharmacist license.
